Refund policy

We follow Australian Consumer Law and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please let us know within 30 days. We’ll assess the item and, if the issue isn’t due to misuse, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

For items returned after 30 days, we may need to send them to the manufacturer for further assessment—but we’ll guide you through the process.
